Zén is Björn’s first international restaurant to serve only a tasting menu and similar to Frantzén, a visit to Zén is a gastronomic journey through the three floors of the restored heritage shophouse.

Within 3 years of opening, Zén has been awarded 3 Michelin stars.

The tasting menu speaks of its own individuality while also conveying the distinctive culinary philosophy of Frantzén, which is based on Chef Björn’s imaginative treatment of Scandinavian, French, and Japanese cuisines. The cuisine, which consists of nine courses and canapes, is created using the Frantzén techniques and the finest seasonal ingredients. Guests can look forward to flavours and ingredients unique to the Nordic region that are reimagined the Frantzén way.

A blend of both Nordic and Japanese cuisine, restaurant Zen promises to create memorable guest experiences.

• Strictly no refunds, no cancellations and no amendment/rescheduling of sessions once tickets have been purchased.

• The price stated for each reservation does not include beverages (including water/coffee/tea). Any additional food or beverages ordered beyond the menu will be charged by the restaurant directly and full payment must be made with an UOB Reserve card.
