Odette

Three Michelin-starred Odette is a collaboration between Chef-Owner Julien Royer and The Lo & Behold Group.
Located at National Gallery Singapore, the modern French restaurant offers a constantly evolving menu guided by Royer’s lifelong respect for seasonality, terroir and artisanal produce sourced from boutique producers around the world. Odette is named in tribute to Royer’s grandmother, one of his greatest influences in life and in the kitchen, and reflects her belief in always ensuring that the fundamental pleasures of enjoying a meal are delivered in the most thoughtful, welcoming and hospitable manner – an ethos that has directed every aspect of the Odette experience.

  • All payments for tickets purchased are fixed and final.
  • Strictly no refunds, no cancellations and no amendment/rescheduling of sessions once tickets have been purchased.
  • Strictly no combining of bookings (tables) will be allowed.
  • Menu may be subjected to changes without prior notice. This includes the number of dishes and ingredients which are subject to availability and seasonality.
  • Any dietary restrictions must be highlighted during booking. While restaurant will do their best to accommodate dietary requirements, there is no guarantee all requests can be met.
  • Kindly note that Odette is unable to accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan dietary requirements and dairy allergies or intolerances.
  • The price stated for each reservation does not include beverages (including water/coffee/tea). Any additional food or beverages ordered beyond the menu will be charged by the restaurant directly and full payment must be made with an UOB Reserve card.
  • Dress Code: Smart casual with appropriate footwear (no shorts, bermudas, singlets and slippers).
