Les Amis

Making her maiden debut back in 1994, Les Amis is Singapore’s first independent fine dining restaurant.

Since then, the restaurant has evolved tremendously while maintaining its haute cuisine roots. This was made possible through Chef Sebastien Lepinoy who took over the reins in 2013 and earned the restaurant its 3 Michelin Stars in 2019.

Chef Lepinoy and his team believe that excellent food and personalised service carry equal weight in crafting a unique and memorable dining experience for guests. Hence, with a team of in-house masters, Les Amis aims to not only give guests a “Taste of France”, but also paint an entire picture of France. Instead of a basic cursory explanation of taste profiles and provenance, the team tells personal stories of each key ingredient.

Kindly note that Les Amis is unable to accommodate guests who require a vegetarian, vegan or gluten free menu.

  • All payments for tickets purchased are fixed and final.
  • Strictly no refunds, no cancellations and no amendment/rescheduling of sessions once tickets have been purchased.
  • Strictly no combining of bookings (tables) will be allowed.
  • Menu may be subjected to changes without prior notice. This includes the number of dishes and ingredients which are subject to availability and seasonality.
  • Any dietary restrictions must be highlighted during booking. While restaurant will do their best to accommodate dietary requirements, there is no guarantee all requests can be met.
  • Kindly note that Les Amis is unable to accommodate guests who require a vegetarian, vegan or gluten free menu.
  • The price stated for each reservation does not include beverages (including water/coffee/tea). Any additional food or beverages ordered beyond the menu will be charged by the restaurant directly and full payment must be made with an UOB Reserve card.
  • Dress Code: Smart casual with appropriate footwear (no shorts, bermudas, singlets and slippers).
  • By participating in Reserve Dining programme (“Programme”) and in addition to any other consent you have already provided to UOB and any right of UOB under applicable laws, you consent to UOB and the necessary third parties collecting, using and disclosing your information (including your personal data) for all purposes related to this Programme and to contact you, including by voice call or text message.
